Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Orders are accepted on the understanding that prices are subject to change without notice and goods will be charged at prices ruling at time of invoice.
2. Title to the goods will remain with British Motorcycle Parts Limited until goods are fully paid for.
3. British Motorcycle Parts Limited shall not be liable for:
4. a. Consequential Loss.
   b. Any excess in total claims over the contract price.
   c. Technical advice or assistance which it was not contractually bound to provide.
   d. Loss caused by delay.
   e. Loss or damage caused by incorrect fitting of parts.
   f. Any additional freight charges incurred as a result of damaged goods.
5. Returned Goods
   • British Motorcycle Parts Ltd will not accept any returned goods without prior notification and an agreement to receive the goods has been made.
   • Faulty and incorrectly suppled goods will be credited at full price.
   • Goods returned for any other reason will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. 
   • We do not accept returns of electrical parts.
   • Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be accompanied by the corresponding invoice, and where appropriate with its original packaging and be unused.

6. Damaged or Lost Goods
   Goods lost, or damaged in transit but delivered must be sent back to us so we can inspect them, take photos and submit them with a claim to the courier company. The courier company we use for goods delivered in New Zealand is NZ Post & DHL Express to Australia, will not reimburse us for any freight costs as all freight charges include an insurance premium and no insurance premium is refundable. We however, will cover the cost of replacing the goods and sending them to you but the cost of returning the damaged goods to us must be paid for by you. 
7. Part numbers are for reference only and does not indicate source supply or imply the goods are from the original manufacturer.
8. All “Special Order” items cannot be returned for any reason other than the item is found to be faulty.
9. Guarantee
   • British Motorcycle Parts Ltd make every effort possible to ensure that product supplied is of a reasonable standard and quality.
   • Any part proved to be defective in quality of manufacture and returned within 30 days of purchase from new will be repaired, replaced or a credit note provided.
   British Motorcycle Parts Ltd must highlight that it’s responsibility and that of it’s agents is limited to this guarantee and cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any loss or for any contingent or resulting Liability through any defect.
10. These terms and conditions are final and non negotiable. Any customers potential or current not wishing to abide by these terms and conditions in any way should not purchase from British Motorcycle Parts Limited and return immediately any goods.
