Part numbers can usually be found in the original factory parts book for your motorcycle. If you already have the part number, enter it into the search bar on our website. You can also refer to our BSA–Triumph part number conversion guide for assistance.
Yes, we ship parts throughout New Zealand. Orders placed through our website before 12pm will be dispatched the same day. All parcels are sent with New Zealand Post, tracking information will be email from New Zealand Post and may end up in the spam folder so if shipping information has not been received please check your spam/junk folder.
We send majority of parcels with overnight post to be delivered the next working day. Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to rural or remote areas will take longer.
We currently ship to Australia via our website. For all other countries, please contact us and we’ll provide a shipping quote based on your location.
At checkout, you’ll need to select your correct shipping destination. The system currently defaults to “North Island Rural,” so please ensure you update this before completing your order.

In many cases, yes. Please contact us and let us know what your bike is (make, model, year) and the parts required (part number, description, quantity) and we’ll do our best to source them for you.
If you’ve ordered the wrong part, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to arrange a return or exchange where possible. Please review our Terms of Sale.

You may come across out of stock items on the website – The stock level on our website are as close to live as we can get it, but sometimes the stock level may not always be correct, we apologise that this still occurs but will let you know as soon as we process your order.
Many out of stock items are due to suppliers been out of stock and they often cannot give us delivery dates.
